Foluke Akinlose MBE is the founder of PRECIOUS, the leading online network and resource for women of colour. Launched in 1999, it was the first digital publication of its kind to launch in the UK. In 1997, Foluke launched the annual PRECIOUS Awards which celebrate the achievements of women of colour in business and leadership. Foluke was awarded an MBE for services to the creative industries in 2010.
