What is it?
The 360 Degree Feedback Tool is designed to give you insight into other people’s perception of your leadership abilities and behaviour.
The process includes getting confidential feedback from line managers, peers and direct reports. This can be helpful to highlight strengths or areas for development.
How do I get started?
To use the 360 degree feedback tool you need to register for a free NHS Leadership Academy ID. Once you’ve logged in register for the ‘Healthcare Leadership Model’ under the ‘Available Programmes’ section to get started.
How much does it cost?
The cost is £40 (+VAT) per person, organisations that order 50 places at a time will receive an additional 10 places for free. For more information about the Tool including prices visit the Appraisal Hub Support website.
How it works?
Once feedback is compiled a report is developed. An accredited feedback facilitator will work with you in a dedicated feedback session to help you interpret your report.
Your report will enable robust development conversations as you will see how you rate within each of the Healthcare Leadership Model dimensions and how important your raters feel those dimensions are for your role.
Can I have a group report?
A group report brings together the feedback of a particular group of individuals. A group report gives an indication of current performance and provides a platform for an accurate picture of strengths and development areas. These reports cost £35 (+VAT).
