How do I get started?
To use the self-assessment tool you need to register for a free NHS Leadership Academy ID. Once you’ve logged in register for the ‘Healthcare Leadership Model’.

What is it?
The self-assessment has been developed to help people understand their leadership behaviours and highlight areas of strength, weakness, and areas that you may need greater focus on.
The tool encourages people to think about which dimensions of the Healthcare Leadership Model are particularly important for peoples role and help to inform future development plans.
The tool is in a questionnaire format, it’s interactive, intuitive and free to access.
