Customer Service Specialist- Level 3 (with Edward Jenner)

Hospitality is a vital part of the hospital team, ensuring the smooth running of the range of services, including customer service, cleaning and catering, so that the patients’ and visitors stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

This apprenticeship combines the NHS Leadership Academy’s Edward Jenner programme with a Level 2 Team Leader Apprenticeship. 

Be an expert in your organisations services and act as a referral point for dealing with complex or technical requests, complaints, and queries. Become an expert in customer service in order to support your wider team and colleagues to deliver quality customer experience.

Duration: 12-14 months.

Possible job roles: Senior Receptionist, Complaints Officer, Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS).
