People Professional – Level 5 (with Edward Jenner)

Consultant level HR specialists support business strategy through recruitment, development and reward strategies and management of relationships, systems and processes. Learn how to develop talent and build successful teams, within the limitations of legislation and professional business practice.

Duration: 24 months.

Possible job roles: HR Operations Lead, HR Adviser, HR Business Partner.

We partner with two different providers for this apprenticeship, MBKB and BPP. They are broadly comparable but there are some differences between course structure and delivery. MBKB also offers an additional qualification of Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management as part of its offer.  We advise you review both options to decide which one is best for you.
