Improvement leaders are senior managers and change/transformation leaders, focused on driving a culture of continuous improvement. They work across all sectors, including both front line and support within health and care. You will learn how to build strategic leadership, incorporating principles, methods and tools from continuous improvement disciplines.
Duration: 18 – 24 months.
Possible job roles: Improvement Leader, Senior Manager, Specialist such as Service Improvement Specialist.
