Improvement Specialist Apprenticeship – Level 5 (with Mary Seacole)


Improvement specialists lead complex projects and portfolios of larger projects. They work across all sectors, including both front line and support within health and care. You will learn complex level problem solving and process improvement capability, incorporating principles, methods, and tools from key disciplines to identify and lead the delivery of transformation across organisational functions and processes. It is especially suitable for people in specialist or middle/senior leadership roles.

Duration: 14-18 months.

Possible job roles: Improvement Specialist, Senior Manager, Team Leader, Specialist such as Service Improvement Specialist, Project Controller and Quality Professional.
