Improvement technicians are responsible for delivery and coaching of local improvement activity within an area of responsibility. They work across all sectors, including both front line and support within health and care. You will learn problem solving and process improvement capability, incorporating principles, methods and tools from key disciplines.
Duration: 14-18 months.
Possible job roles: Improvement technician, front line support, support team worker and first line team leader in technical roles.
