The Chief Executive Development Network (CEDN) is aimed at leaders at chief executive level or equivalent focused on both service provision, commissioning, and system development.

This offer is likely to appeal to individuals at chief executive level, in NHS provider trusts and in senior systems leadership roles with responsibility for achieving significant organisational collaboration e.g. integrated care boards, Department of Health and Social Care, the 14 Health and Social Care Arms-Length Bodies and others. Our personalised approach means that both new and established Chief Executives really learn through and benefit from the Network.

The Chief Executive Development Network is designed to provide personalised, flexible, and accessible learning, guided by an established Chief Executive curriculum. It offers the following core elements:

  • Three 2-day development days per annum including overnight stay and all meals – Coming soon.
  • Access to online resources
  • A dedicated transition coach who will meet you twice yearly, initially to welcome you into the network and then to help progress your personal learning agenda and shape Network events.

This network will work alongside the Chair Development Network interacting where appropriate.
