This programme is for you if you are:
An accredited internal NHS mentor and/or coach working through our network of Local Leadership Academy regional coaching/mentoring registers or directly within your own organisation
or
NHS staff member who does not hold a formal mentoring/coaching qualification but has:
- a willingness toward mentoring colleagues
- can demonstrate a clear understanding of coaching and mentoring
- a clear commitment to attending all aspects of the programme and a motivation toward becoming an internal NHS mentor with our network of Leadership Academies
