Thank you for your interest in the Executive Director Pathway programme. Please see an update on the programme status below.
We will be refreshing the design and delivery model of this successful programme so there is stronger alignment with our regional aspirant executive director talent pools. This means we will not be running an intake of the executive director pathway programme this year as we undertake this work. We plan to launch the refreshed programme in 26/27.
We are mindful of the current wide-reaching changes across the NHS that will have implications for people being sponsored and supported to apply for and complete a 12-24 month programme. Therefore, we would like to sign post you to other development offers that may be of interest and are included in the board level development directory.
