The Executive Director Pathway (EDP) scheme builds upon historic uni-professional programmes for aspiring executive directors, with enhanced content relevant to the current health and care context. It makes the shift to supporting and preparing participants to develop personal and collective insights into their future executive role, working as part of a multi-professional unitary board.

We have designed the EDP scheme around the 70:20:10 model of development:

Experiential placement aligned to your requirements – this could be a shorter-term opportunity in your own organisation through stepping out of your current role for up to 12 months
