The Bevan Programme team will be hosting a series of drop-in sessions for both nominated applicants and those considering self-nomination. These sessions provide an opportunity for prospective applicants to ask questions and learn more about the programme.

ICB nominated applicants:
- Tuesday 9 June 2026, 12pm to 12:45pm
- Wednesday 17 June 2026, 4pm to 4.45pm
Self-nominated applicants:
- Thursday 11 June 2026, 9am to 9:45am
- Tuesday 16 June 2026, 4pm to 4.45pm

Role of the sponsor
The sponsor supports participants on the Nye Bevan Primary Care intake by helping them access key development opportunities and providing ongoing guidance throughout the programme. This includes facilitating board‑level shadowing, which is a core requirement of the programme, and acting as a local point of contact for advice, support and connections.
Once confirmed onto the programme, participants should contact their sponsor directly. For nominated participants, this will likely be their chief medical officer. Those who have self-nominated should contact the Bevan team, who will help identify a suitable sponsor.
